P5 really enjoyed our trip to the forest today to learn all about Ancient Egypt! We had lots of fun making our own pyramids and learning about about how the shaduf (a hand operated device for lifting water in ancient Egypt) worked. This involved lots of problem solving including how to throw a rope over a high tree branch!
We finished our day with a lovely picnic 🧺
