P5 have been lucky to be learning from chest, heart and stroke for the past two Thursdays. We have been learning about the importance and benefits of nutrition and exercise. We have been learning about our hearts and how our blood travels through our bodies as well as signs and symptoms of a heart attack and ways that we can help if someone is experiencing a heart attack.
