Yesterday our footballers travelled the short distance to Sacred Heart Rock to take part in the Eileen McCreesh Memorial Tournament. In the blistering heat, our girls topped the group stages against Laghey Primary School and Sacred Heart Rock Team 2. In the semi-final, we overcame Sacred Heart Rock Team 1.
We were then paired against St. Paul’s Primary School Irvinestown in the final and our girls gave their greatest performance of the day to become champions!
