This week as part of Mental Health Week Primary 1 have been talking about their feelings. We discussed feelings that make us feel comfortable and uncomfortable. We followed along with Jamie from Cosmic Kids to help us relax and calm ourselves before finishing off with a little hand massage. We are all calm and ready for a lovely mid-term break 🥰
