Painting Cakes

In Art, P.3. children were learning about an artist called Maria Blanchard. The P.3. children studied a painting called ‘The Child with the Cakes’. P.3. decided to paint their own cakes. The children learned how to lift paint correctly with their brushes, mix colours and layer paint. The cakes look good enough to eat!
