P7 are learning about Figurative speech in poetry and imagery to develop their understanding of how poets use creative language to make us think more. We enjoyed illustrating our imaginations of what the poem meant to us. We discussed alliteration, similes, metaphors, onomatopoeia words and imagery as we read the poem “The Tyger” by William Blake.
