As part of the Sustrans Programme, sixteen boys and girls from P.6, were able to take part in a three-day cycling proficiency programme. Two qualified instructors taught the children how to safely ride their bicycles, firstly in the playground, then out on the road. The children learned many safety points and now feel more confident in riding their bicycles safely.
