Today the boys and girls from P5 celebrated World Mental Health Day. They have completed activities and discussions to try and better understand how to look after their own and other peoples mental health. As part of this they created their very own “Mindfullness Garden”. Showcasing the wide range of feelings and emotions they experience. Well done to all the children in P5.
